We understand that pet products often need to be opened for testing; therefore:
Opened pet toys are eligible for return.
However, the following conditions must be met:
No severe damage or loss of the item's original identity.
No significant human-caused damage (e.g., shredding or irreparable damage).
Retention of basic functional integrity (allowing for re-inspection).

Non-quality issues / Personal reasons → Shipping costs covered by the customer

Once we receive and inspect the returned item,

The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
